Product Warranty
At ProTint Pakistan, we stand behind the quality of our films and installation. We are proud to offer a limited warranty on all eligible services and products. Please review the following warranty terms carefully.
Warranty Coverage
- Our Paint Protection Films come with 5 Years limited warranty against yellowing, cracking, and peeling.
- Window films are covered for up to 8 Years against bubbling, discoloration, and adhesive failure.
- Warranty covers product defects and installation errors performed by ProTint Pakistan only.
What Is Not Covered
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, poor maintenance, or third-party removal.
- Damage due to external elements such as road debris, harsh chemicals, or UV neglect.
- Wear and tear due to improper washing techniques or use of abrasive cleaners.
Claim Process
- Customer must present proof of purchase and installation receipt.
- Warranty claims must be initiated within the warranty period mentioned.
- Product will be inspected by our team, and valid claims will receive a free repair or replacement.
Transferability
Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser and vehicle where the service was performed.
Warranty Registration
All customers are encouraged to register their warranty by emailing their invoice and installation details to support@protintpk.com within 7 days of installation.
